Community Manager

Location: Hong Kong / South Korea / Vietnam / Canada / South Africa / Australia

  • Develop a robust community engagement and growth strategy by setting up the systems and processes to ensure successful community building and participation
  • Ensure that the community strategy is aligned with the group’s marketing strategy, events and materials
  • Manage the Company’s social media accounts and organise community events to build up the Company’s community presence with the aim to increase positive engagement, community acquisition and growth
  • Create thought leadership on issues in the crypto space
  • Understand the Company’s product mechanisms and be able to answer community questions, including but not limited to speaking with users and partners etc
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to increase community engagement metrics
  • 3+ years in proven community management, preferably with at least 2 years in the crypto space
  • Experienced with community chat platforms and channels (Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram etc) and with strong presence/followership on the above platforms/channels
  • Outspoken, goal orientated and highly driven individual with the ability to develop new ideas and events to actively engage the community
  • Great sense of humour and creativity
  • Great content creation skills (tweets/memes etc)
