Recruiter

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full recruiting strategy and hiring results in partnership with department leaders
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) in Asia
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
  • Primary contact for job postings, review candidates’ resume, arrange interviews, prepare employment contracts and perform reference checks
  • Create hiring metrics for group reporting
  • Increase the AP Capital brand awareness through social media and other awareness

Requirements

  • University Degree Holder in HR Management, Business, or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
  • Finance industry background is preferred
  • Headhunter experience is a big plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to multi-task, positive working attitude and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motived, ability to work independently
