Senior/Network Support Engineer

Location: Hong Kong


  • Maintain and monitor servers, networks, services and systems
  • Support end users internally, both on-site and remotely to resolve network related issues
  • Schedule and perform network maintenance including repairs, upgrades, and migrations
  • Support all aspects of the network management process ensuring requests and implementation, troubleshooting issues are delivered/resolved as required
  • Assist to create and issue user profiles to employees
  • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration and processes and create technical and training documentation for internal users
  • Manage and implement network projects to facilitate new requirements as and when required


  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with at least 3-5 years of experience in network support, preferably within the finance/tech/crypto space
  • Professionally qualified or equivalent with related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. CCNP is a plus
  • Good technical problem determination ability, analytical skills, system implementation, installation, and disaster recovery planning skills
  • Good working knowledge on the different routing protocols such as TCP/IP etc
  • Working experience on Security and WAN/LAN technologies
  • Good interpersonal and facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among concurrent projects
  • Willing to work as a team and share responsibilities where needed
  • Ability to convey network concepts and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required to support our global teams across the different geos
